Cashback tracked really quickly. Only issue was that the courier company were rubbish, although I accept that this is not directly Disney's fault!

Quick to track not so quick to pay out! Now 2 months past the estimated date for 3 transactions. Annoyed me with last delivery ws took over a week to dispatch was then too late for Christmas and by the time it was actually dispute he'd the items I had ordered were half price in the sale and could have cost me less! Not what I expect Disney I ordered them to be thee for Christmas, I paid extra on delivery and u let me down :(

Good customer service, quick to replace a faulty item (dispatched before faulty item returned). Cashback tracked quickly, but not paid yet.....
