Didn't automatically add, so raised a case. Disney insisted that I clicked through from another link AFTER the TCB link, but the only place I clicked through was from TCB so I don't understand why they can see that and I missed out on my cashback.

Beware and be careful. I booked separate bookings through cashback and both came up that they were being tracked. A few days later I noticed only the second booking had tracked (which has to be fair has tracked and payed out quickly). A claim was made as the bookings were made within a few hours of each other, but in the last couple of days Topcashback have informed me that it has been decline but cannot give me a proper reason why, just possble ways of it being decined. So if you are booking more than one transaction on the same day, be careful as one of them may not track.

Don't expect any cashback from Disneyland !! After months of trying to get it I was finaly told there is no cashback so very misleading from the very start.

Absolute disgrace. Would have given zero stars if I could have. Made a purchase a year ago and despite going through the Topcashback site the transaction did not track. I've chased this claim for 12 mths and no surprises just been told it's been declined so that's £150 I've missed out on. Customer service from Topcashback and Disney have been terrible, will not be using either of them again.

My claim didn't track, depsite clicking directly through top cashback and booking straight away. Disneyland paris claim Topcashback wasn;t the last referral site for the booking. It was. It was the ONLY referral site I used and I suspect Disneyland just don;t want to pay. SHame on you as they were also offering a slightly higer % than normal which prompted me to book the trip and you can offer whatever % top cashback you like when they have no intention of paying it. Very disappointed

Great offer, excpet for when Disneyland Paris decide not to pay up, as they did in my case (after a 16 week Missng Claim case.) Before booking, be sure to read the additional information, which states 'Please note that some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked cashback. We endeavour to chase untracked cashback but reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time. Please do not make purchase decisions based on expected cashback as it is not guarantee'. I wish I'd paid more attention to this. Shame on you, Disneyland Paris....

Disappointed that my claim which started June 2013 has today been declined. It won't stop me using TCB though as there are no guarantees and I have earned nearly £700 since joining.

Did not track. Spent £1307. Lodged a claim. After 2 months, the claim was declined, reason cited that they could find no record of the booking. TCB show the transaction and I have an order number?! Very disappointed. Terrible service from TCB. Over the last 4 years, none of the 4 major transactions for holidays have tracked. Each time I should have earned £50+ cashback.

Tracked within 24 hours but then declined after 10 weeks for no reason . After querying about this they just said a different marketing tool/root was used .B.ll sh.t .
