	When cancelling they do not give refunds if you've had the policy for 6 months and charge additional admin fees.

	Cheap insurance but dreadful cashback. Purchased Aug 2016 and still payment pending April 2017. Customer Services state its quite normal for cashback for this merchant to be 'pending' all this time - I dont agree.

	DON'T BOTHER! Having used the TCB site for a number of years I know how the tracking works and as such I only go to the merchant website through TCB. This one "apparently" didn't track and after 12 months of chasing they wouldn't pay out. Very disappointed.

	As a company these are ok. I cant understand how it can cost more to cancel my policy when I sold my bike than it would if I had let it run and not renewed. Move house and it'll cost you £40 admin. There is basically an admin charge for everything! Also had to chase the cash back but got it in the end.

	Hi there, I have heard back from the network with some further information regarding your transaction and it appears that this has been attributed to another marketing channel. This could be due to the use of an unauthorised voucher code or of you have clicked through any other websites , or if a search engine has been used. 	Signed up as a new customer after transferring from the AA insurance. Tracked fine but when it got to the payment stage it was declined without reason given. Topcashback couldn't do anything and have not heard back from them in months. Avoid.
