	An update, TOPCASHBACK have now informed me, after 7 MONTHS of nudges, HASTINGS BIKE insurance have declined my cashback, Stating that another search/cashback/seller was used. This is totally untrue, Been using TOPCASHBACK for years and have always received my Monies. I intend to follow this up by asking Hastings to furnish me with ALL the purchase details and a concise reason Casback was declined. I will not accept the answer that "you bought via another source" and go away attitude. Will keep you informed.

	Purchased policy 10th FEBRUARY 2013 Lodged claim 16th MARCH 2013 NO sign of transaction in My Earnings, Have sent Nudges every Month, Still NO movement. It is now 10th SEPTEMBER 2013. Six whole months have passed. HASTINGS BIKE INSURANCE are still offering the same level of Cashback ? AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS, My most regrettable TOPCASHBACK PURCHASE EVER.

	The product is fine, but the cashback process sucks! It's nearly 9 months ago since I bought my insurance through them! It tracked fine, but despite a few nudges nothing has come through yet!

	I purchased motorbike insurance for £115 with £25 cash back from Hastings in January 2012, just declined the cash back now Nov 2012,wainting for the other bike insurance to be declined as well??? Don't bother with them if they are NOT the cheapest without the cashback, it is a rip off.

	These guys add at least £10 to your quote when going via TopCashBack - don't bother - it's not worth the risk (they rarely pay out anyway).

	Hi - I purchased a policy in August having first of all checked all cookies were cleared and the tracking was successful though the payment did not track. I did not use any other discount codes or go to any other sites before making my purchase. After submitting the claim manually in August, I finally received a response (in Apr!) stating that they would not pay out as it appears that the referral was not directly via TCB - and told this could be another search engine, etc but due to confidentiality Hastings will not disclose who... Almost all my transactions track (20+ in a year) successfully and for the ones where there has been a manual claim I've had the money in all but one instance. TCB were very helpful throughout my claim and provided a good level of service through though I will not be purchasing any insurance with Hastings in future. In terms of the bike insurance, fortunately I have not had to claim in any way so I really can't comment on the quality of the product.

	Only buy if they are the cheapest as eight months later they finally replied to missing cashback saying I hadnt purchased via topcashback. Very poor service.

	Similar to other reviewer comments here - cashback did not track automatically as with other sites; insurance purchased in Aug11, still awaiting manual claim to be confirmed. I'd only go with them again if they came out to be the cheapest without cashback.

	I set up two policies with Hastings left 1 day between each in case and cleared cookies. Both policies tracked in 12 hours will expect them to be payable in 4 months. Standard questions to answer although passed driving test date a little odd but it can be found on the driving license. There is mention of compulsory legal premium etc but this can be taken off by following the link below it to customize. Hope not to have to test their customer service.

	If your quote is the cheapest go for it otherwise don't rely on cashback. Mine did not track and have had to put in an enquiry to topcashback for missing claim. This can take three months so Im not holding my breath.

	Took out motorbike & car insurance with these and both transactions tracked but then changed to 0.00 still awaiitng o/s claims on both very disappointed as appears to be happening more & more lately!

	The cheapest quote was from Hastings & then they also give £25 cashback. Tracked quickly but not moved from pending after a month, but that's not unusual on TCB.

	Can't say about quality of service just yet as 1) the policy only starts next week and 2) not used them or made a claim before.

	We are constantly being asked for more information about self, licence, motorbike. Never had to prove I had a licence before for any policy but hastings want copies of just about everything. We get a letter every month asking for something else. Therfore a frustrating experience.

	Insurance T&C's aren't the best but at the cheap prices including cashback can't be beaten. tracked quickly!

	Bike Insurance purchased on 15/02/10. Premium was £105. Cashback of £43 was eventually received on 06/10/10. This transaction therefore took a lot longer than the three months estimated. The eventual premium paid for an annual bike insurance policy was worth the wait.

	I got a Motorcycle insurance quote from Hastings direct without going through TopCashBack the quote was £107 with £350 excess. I then got a quote via TopCashBack and the quote jumped to £137 but with a £450 excess. So I would have had to stump up a further £30 for less cover with the maybe chance of a £40 cashback. Not worth the hassle / risk! I took out an Aviva car insurance policy last year via TopCashBack with promise of £50 cashback, it never materialised despite showing as tracked and numerous nudges. In my opinion never buy anything through TopCashBack unless it is cheaper at the outset. A Promise is just a wish from what I can see.

	This is absolutely useless retailer who does not want to give cashback....when I go direct to Hastings website without using TCB I get a quote and can purchase but when I go through TCB I am asked to call the call centre because they want to speak to me before giving a quote!!! If I call them to get the quote then I do not get the cash back and this is stated as a condition on TCB.

	Pleased to get such a big percentage cashback in relation to the premium. I was less happy to have to wait six months having paid an annual premium.

	Tracked but failed to obtain cash back having to complete follow up claim through cash back. Motorcycle policy taken out,lots of hassle not worth any amount of cash back or low quote. Never used Hastings before and never would again.Incompetent insurance provider.

	Pestered by call centre offering better deal?? Why wasn't the "better deal" offered to start with. I won't use again
