Poor, tracked and confirmed correct cashback, then at payable stage reduced to zero.
Seems to be a little 'marketing ploy' to get you to order, and of course you delete emails with order reference as its tracked and confirmed. So, you can't claim as you can't provide enough information.

Utterly Awful.
Ordered from them twice both times it took over 45 min to deliver and both times the whole order was stone cold. When I called them it was 'oh well there was a lot of traffic, just reheat it.'
Will NEVER buy from them again.
