Once again my cashback amount has been changed to zero even though I kept an item from my order. I couldn't believe it when I was actually paid £2.41 by DP a while ago but considering the amount of things I have ordered from them, some of which I keep, it's hardly worth the hassle.

Always pays cashback, never had any problems & I often shop with DP now. The discounts offered with the cash back are a great bonus.

My first purchase with Dorothy Perkins did not track. I submitted a claim and over two years later I have been informed that the claim was unsuccessful. I have purchased from them since with no issue but it's still frustrating!

Items good but delivery dire, it took Hermes 10 days to deliver, the item was tracked and it sat with the courier for a week before they decided to deliver it, it was suppoed to be here within 3 days.So if you want the items quickly dont buy on-line.

Tracked quickly but then turned to zero when due to become payable. This seems to be a common problem with this retailer. In addition,tThe service from the retailer was not brilliant and the goods were of lower quality than expected. Would therefore not recommend.

I will not buy from them again. I bought a large new summer wardrobe and spent a lot of money. My cashback didn't track and when topcashback chased it up, DP said that I didn't order through topcashback but another channel, which is nonsense, they simply don't want to pay out because it was a large order accruing a reasonable sum of money. BTW this took months to try to sort out only to be told they wouldn't pay up. Will not buy from DP again online or in the shop.

Yet again the cashback that had tracked quickly from DP has been reduced to nil. I don't expect the full amount as I returned some of the goods but I would expect a payout proportional to those I kept. I would guess that most people order a number of items for choice of style or size and return some of them. It would seem that DP only pay out on orders for which the customer has kept all of the items. I like their clothes and there's a better selection online than in my local shop so I'll carry on using them but don't think I'll bother trying to get cashback in future.
