Appalling Service - AVOID
the last 4 times I used DPD ;-
First - parcel delivered to the wrong address
Second - Collection driver did not turn up
Third and Fourth - Delivered several days late
By comparison I've had no problems with DHL,UPS at all

Thought this transaction would be straight forward however it was declined at first but within 3 days was credited back to my account with no input from me.

Dpd Customer services
I go onto my topcash account and go into Dpd local , it’s very easy and quick to get my parcels posted out with my local dpd shop. The payment is in my account by the said time line if not quicker sometimes
