You'll get nothing back from Dreamcloud
Really disappointed to see they don't give you cashback which they promise. Zero cashback and false claims of cookies. I've just cancelled my purchase guys. Will go with Simba rather.

Dont expect to get Cashback.
Apparently the purchase didn't track back. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise. They are just using TopCashBack to get business and not honouring their committment.

Con merchants
Look elsewhere you do not get cashback from this supplier it's false advertisements and topcashback themselves should prevent them from doing this like myself I bought as reviews from the brand were good but many others brands have similar feedback I bought only due to good cashback over rivals but wish I hadn't now as they pull you in by advertising high cashback when in truth you get nothing and end up paying over the odds price for goods my advice is not to buy from them products ok but can get just as good elsewhere and better price to so save yourself the extra money and go elsewhere I can guarantee no cashback will be given

Don't trust these guys for getting you any cashback
Second retailer using Topcashback for almost ten years (with 100s of online purchases through this site) who rejected my cashback claim all together saying my online mattress purchase 'didn't track'. This is following all the evidence I supplied to have my claim investigated.
To be honest, I should just get my mattress returned under warranty and then buy it back again...but can't be bothered with the hassle for that £100 or so.
