Difficult to get them to pay out. Our coach company failed to turn up to collect guests after our wedding. Clear-cut failure of supplier. Supplier dragged their feet refunding so we filed an insurance claim. Voyager/Dreamsaver closed the claim and said it was up to us to take it up with the supplier. Very disappointing.
