I'm STILL waiting for cashback from an order I placed with Dyson in November 2012 (a year ago!!!). I did raise a claim with Top Cashback, but it has been stuck at "waiting for merchant" for a very long time now. Not a good cashback experience for me. :(

Dyson are a brilliant company with excellent products and customer service. We have a vacuum cleaner and heater. We've had a couple of problems with the vacuum but as it is still within its 5 yr warranty they have been fixed very quickly at no cost to us - an engineer even came to our home, replaced the motor and arranged for new filters to be sent. Always lovely people at the end of the phone - can't recommend them highly enough.

A confirmation email said that my order was made well in time to be dispatched that day for next day delivery.
A second email the following afternoon said my item had just been dispatched which had meant I had stayed around the house all day for a delivery which was never going to happen. All it needs is accurate delivery information on the confirmation email. If there is likely to be a delay just say so.
