	Initially the cashback tracked quickly and accurately, however the last 3 times I have had to raise a claim as the cashback hasn't tracked, only one of these has been paid up to now. My latest purchase, has tracked but now the cashback is showing only on the price less vat, which hasn't been the case up to now so be wary of relying on the cashback for this merchant

	Delivery quick from E-Lites. However, very erratic for cash back. Have had to keep lodging missing claims, some of which have come back saying 'credited to another referrer'. Which is nonsense, I only ever use Topcashback. It's their way of avoiding cash back because they have already given discount via the emails they keep sending me. I don't mind but I don't like being conned. The emails should state that no cash back is given when a discount code is applied. Not happy about being lied to E-Lites!!!!! Sort it out please as I am a loyal customer and I WILL go somewhere else. Thank you.

	Bought e-lites for my son back in Feb, CB didn't register at time so flagged to TCB as soon as could (7 days) and TCB persevered with it until now. Sadly this company has rejected my claim as being "against another refer". I know that at the time I used a completely different computer to order these on the day so that I could be sure of getting the very generous CB. So buyer beware, If you can get these cheaper elsewhere without CB then I recommend you do that as its very likely it will fail.

	I have made 7 orders to E-Lites through TCB and none have tracked. Two manual claims have been successful, but not very quickly, and the other 5 are pending. I have no tracking problems with other retailers and I am careful to always ensure that all TCB purchases can be tracked correctly

	E-Lites have dedclined my cashback for the second time stating it has been awarded to another marketing channel. The first time this happened I made sure I did not click on any other website apart from topcashback. however, its still the same excuse E-Lites has given me this time too. really it seems like they dont want to give cashback however will market 20% here just to get customers. I am not sure if any one else experienced the same. But, so far dissapointed with E-Lites as its looks like a scam as other websites.

	Cashback didnt track originally so entered manually. Now I am waiting for E-Lites response for a long time. Since oct 2013. You can do better.

	I would suggest that no one buy from this website. There are better products available on the market and at lower prices. I have switched to another brand and thank my cash-back experience for this - two cash back entries from nearly a year ago were closed today as the website would not pay out. Smokerelief is the brand I use now and I can honestly say that the product is much much superior to e-lites and they pay out cashbacks too (on time). Best of luck. Avoid this website.

	Cashback hasn't tracked since march 2012 - 2 cases are currently open and pending comments from the retailer. Very very disappointing. Also, the e-lites tips themselves seem to have "faded" in stamina now. The first few batches were good, but the last few i ordered just fizz out much much quicker. Whats happening? I have switched to smoke relief. Much better !! and transactions track and get paid.

	e-lites paid cashback for my first two transactions promptly and for the following 2 transactions, not even the transaction has been tracked, let alone any payments back to me for my purchase. This is very disappointing indeed as there are plenty of other brands around. To top it all, they didn't even deliver my order from 10 days back for 40 e-tips. I have sent them an email (to their customer care); will update here on their response as well on other social media - the truth needs to be told about false promises (if any, of course).

	I haven't smoked a real cigarette since 18th November. I would recommend E lites to anyone wishing quit. Delivery is very quick.
