e2save Reviews

“Best Samsung S9 deal I could find anywhere. Cashback confirmed and payable in three weeks — great. Recommended retailer.” This is just one example of feedback provided by TopCashback members who have shopped with e2save through us. Take a look at many of the other e2save reviews below and you’ll find plenty more have been pleased with their experience. As well as cashback, those who have left positive comments have also highlighted such things as the price of their contracts as reasons for providing us with feedback.

Some of the remarks you’ll find include “very good service, quick payout”, “easy way to earn some cashback” and “excellent retailer and quick cashback”. Another member stated: “Good cashback and the cheapest mobile contract I found.” While it’s fair to say the e2save review feedback on Trustpilot is mixed, you will find some very positive comments.

One very happy customer said: “Got the phone within a couple of days and got myself a bargain deal with the iPhone XR. Customer service was really polite and helpful — would definitely recommend these to anyone.” Other feedback includes remarks like “these guys really came through on a great phone deal”, “everything was effortless and quick. The Honor 10 Lite I received is top class” and “easy to use, super speedy delivery and a great deal on my new phone.” Log in to review

Same problem that everyone else had pulled on me! They phoned me up to say there was a problem putting the order through and could I reconfirm my details etc then said that the cash back wouldnt go through because it hadn't all been completed online, Ive cancelled the order and would urge you to think twice using these!

I've been waiting optimistically for a couple of months but won't use them again or recommend them until and unless my claim is met.

I'm currently in dispute with e2save. and have been for over 6 months now! they still haven't paid for an iphone purchase i made at that time. avoid this company if you're requiring the cashback to make it comparable. otherwise if you can find the item cheaper elsewhere buy it from there NOT from e2save. As e2Save do NOT pay their cashback as promised. One to avoid, worse than 3 - three - and that's saying something!

E2save cheat. I placed order topcashback. next day i received a message from e2save to call them. I called them and they asked me if i am existing customer of the network. I said yes and i have already given these details when placed an order. She said probably its missed. But infact they copied my order details into another order with anew order number hence my original order via topcashback becoming invalid and hence cashback being declined and on enquiry e2save said this order number did not go through and an incomplete order. It has happened to me twice. First time i thought its a mistake but now i know they do it intentionally to avoid paying topcashback amount.

At this present moment I have ordered an Iphone and an HTC Desire so supposed to get cashback for the 2 separate transactions. Neither has come up and had to submit a claim for both even though i fully completed the transaction online. Still waiting for news. Will update if anything changes. But so far am disappointed.

Following on from my post of 8/10 - there actually was a problem with my credit card so I understand why they asked me to call back. When I pointed out the potential issue around cashback and an "interenet-only" purchase they suggested I cancel my order and re-submit once I'd sorted out the credit card. Did that the same day and it looks like my £100 cashback is working through the system. So, unless something happens in the future I'm actually quite pleased with the service.

used twice. tracked fine. their delivery times were excellent but took over a week to get the compulsory purchased airtime credit applied to one of the phones. Would use them again, especially going via TCB.

This is a con. Order not processed - you need to go into a Carphone Warehouse shop to "pay a deposit". e2save cancel the order and you have to re-order in store, effectively removing the cashback.

Ordered an iPhone on 11/10/10, had same message as everyone else, asking me to call. I called, and spoke to a very friendly and helpful advisor. The reason given for the need to call was that the card I used had failed security, and they could only do it over the phone. I asked about the cashback, and was told that they were aware of the problem, but cashback would still go through. Very happy with the service received, will wait and see what happens with the cashback.

Tried ordering iPhone today, sure enough a text saying to call them back - they gave some excuse about 'not being on the electoral role', (not true). Tried the order a second time to find an email saying the order had been cancelled. When I called this time they said 'a colleague had accidentally cancelled the order'. e2save clearly have no intention of paying out cashback for iPhone orders, very dishonest retailer. Note to TopCashback: Do you really want to be advertising a retailer like this in your weekly emails on on the front page of your website?

Just had text and email asking to call due to query on account, which will invalidate the cashback, will be cancelling.

Same experience with mobiles.co.uk (mobiles.co.uk/e2save/CPW) where they have held the order until I contact them to confirm some details by telephoning their sales team. This I believe (reading posts here and other forums) will invalidate the "completed wholly online" rule cashback. I will be calling, but to cancel !!

Just as warned in earlier user comments, e2save has just texted me asking me to contact them about my iPhone order, thereby endangering the £100 cashback. I have told them they have 48 hours to contact me to sort this out and to confirm the cashback won't be effected; if not I will be making a complaint to the Ombudsman. I'll post an update once I have further news...

The worst experience I have ever had in owning a mobile for 10 years! e2save sent me an iPhone but with a SIM card registered to another. They blamed Orange and stated it was down to me to contact them! Orange correctly said that it was e2save that incorrectly registered, therefore had to speak with e2save again. e2save then blamed Carphone Warhouse (even though they are the same company in another name!). I then had to return the phone and was informed I would receive a replacement. Heard nothing for one month and no refund for the recorded delivery they requested I send the phone back in. e2save then stated they never promised a replacement and it was down to me to contact sales for another! After I spent £25 on phone calls to this company (listening to their customer service music) I eventually got a refund after complaining to the CEO. IF YOU LIKE MOBILE PHONES AND SAVING MONEY ... KEEP AWAY!!! e2save? e2grave!

Just in case anybody from e2save reads these comments, I was going to get an iphone4 until I read the comments on here about non payment of cashback. I'll be looking elsewhere now.

Be VERY careful of dealing with these cowboys. They will try every trick in the book (and probably some not written yet) to get out of paying the Cashback (TCB Cashback and redemption cashback). The latest one that I have experienced is that they will hold the order (placed online) and then call you up or ask you to call back on their 0871 (very costly) number. This will then invalidate your TCB Cashback as you haven't completed your order wholly online: "e2save cashback is available through Top CashBack on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online. " I immediately asked them to CANCEL the order and I suggest that you do the same unless you can get it in writing from them (email or letter) that you will not lose your TCB Cashback because of this dubious phone call - just to confirm the details that you submitted online! (Btw, mobiles.co.uk employ the same tactics - both part of the CPW group).
