Bought two separate contracts in November through Topcashback but disappointed to say that, to date, neither have tracked I have raised two claims with TCB. Is this merchant deliberately avoiding to acknowledge our purchases? Of late if you read the reviews, that appears to be the case.

Both my son and I have purchased three contracts with this merchant 4 weeks ago through TCB and none has tracked. I have been with TCB for a good few years now and have never experienced this before. I follow all the ground rules such as clearing cookies before starting the process, etc.We have completed the claim forms and will now have to wait and see. I have purchased contracts from E2Save before via TCB and have had no problems with the cashback but this time they don't seem to want to know.

Bought what I thought was a great phone at a great price via a link on here. Love the phone, prompt delivery, but NO cashback. Reported it to Top Cashback and they said they would get back to me - but nothing. I even retraced my steps to check I had done nothing wrong, which I hadn't but still no cashback. Its easy to say we'll give you all this wonderful cashback - and then 'lose it'. Its either mis-selling or gross incompetence - either way I lose

£50 off a new iPhone but what a surprise... hasn't tracked :-( Always follow the instructions to the letter with a browser that I only use for TCB'ing... cleared all cookies etc. beforehand. Sometimes you just know when stuff isn't going to track :-(

Just purchased the iphone 4S from this site on 3 , 100 minutes , 5000 texts and unlimited internet for £30 a month plus £30 instant cash back not to mention topscashback give you £50 aswell so saved £80 i recommend this deal for people who want a iphone and don't really use that many minutes. I have not recieved any confirmation from topscashback that i made any purchase as of yet? does anyone know how long it would takes to show on your account ? if so please message me. thanks.

It has taken this merchant 6 months to fail to pay my cashback, finally admitting that they paid it to someone else?? As I always keep cookies cleared I doubt it.

Well, what can I say - saw a great offer on here for a purchase at e2save in July 2011 and went ahead with it. Unfortunately though, while it tracked at the correct amount, it then very quickly went through pending to end up "confirmed" at £0. As a result I've put in a missing cashback claim, which despite nudges has sat in a black hole ever since, and am awaiting a response - I'm not holding my breath though.

Excellent service, had ordered this phone with a competitor that said it was in-stock .. waited two weeks - nothing Cancelled that order and ordered with e2save .. here the next day AND the deal was better ! :-)

I was very excited about my new contract with e2save and the £30 coming from TopCashback. Unfortunately though, it tracked at £0 and very quickly went from pending to confirmed at £0. Now have had to put in a missing cashback claim and am very disappointed. So far have never had a successful missing claim with TopCashback, so we will see.

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately it appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been posted regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' THATS ALRIGHT THEN, EH!!!! SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED £43.00, BUT ANOTHER COMPANY RECEIVES IT. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
