You can Click & Collect from one of their UK stores for free with selected items and collect your order within 24 hours. Enter your mobile number when ordering and you will receive a text message when it is ready to collect. It will be delivered to the store anytime up to 7pm on the day and they will hold it for you for a maximum of seven days.

If you prefer to have your goods sent to your home, they offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40, which will see items which are in stock arrive within 7-10 days, between 7am and 9pm. Next working day delivery is available to UK mainland addresses if you place your order before 4pm (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

You will not be able to use this service if you live in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man. If you order a website exclusive item, there are varying delivery time frames and you should check the individual product detail page or order confirmation email.

If you want to return an item, you can do so, on production of your receipt, for a refund or exchange as long as it is within 30 days and the product is unused and in its original packaging (exclusions apply).

One option is to take it to an Early Learning Centre store, or a Mothercare store with an ELC Shop in Shop. Alternatively, you can send it via a Collect+ store for free if you ordered online. You will need to print out a Collect+ label, which you can do via the Early Learning Centre returns page. Collect+ stores can only accept parcels up to approximately 10kg in weight and dimensions up to 50cm x 30cm x 30cm.
