Didn't receive email confirmation Paid more on exit!
Hi I booked parking for 2 holidays and whilst we did get cashback from Top Cashback we still ended up paying an extra £20+ on exit? we also didn't receive an email to confirm the booking so we were unsure which car park we were booked in, luckily a nice girl called Jade helped at the barrier when we arrived. Not sure if i will book again especially through top cash back, I do not enjoy having to pay more for parking at the end of what was a lovely holiday both times. The parking however was quite secure and only a very short walk to the airport.

It tracks, then gets refused, if you dispute it they still refuse it.

Declined every time
Always tracks but declined after the stay.
I use EMA 3/4 times a year and I don't think I've had a Cashback payout yet.
This latest time it tracked, then it was declined, then it reappeared as pending, then declined again.

Declined the day after leaving the car park
Tracked fine at the right amount, sat in pending for over 4 months, then declined the day after we left the car park. Declining the cashback immediately after we have received the service and no longer have an option to re-book elsewhere feels like intentional misuse of the cashback offer, and I can see that lots of other people have had the same experience. The parking was fine, and actually well priced, but I can only give a 1 start rating for the cashback experience, as it is essentially fraudulent.

Cashback declined after waiting 7 months
My transaction initially didn’t track, waited 7 months to be told they could not find my transaction even though I supplied the order number. No other references are given so no chance to appeal.

Be careful with this merchant, as cashback doesnt automatically track. I have purchase twice in the last few months and neither has tracked properly. I'm yet to get an outcome from the first claim.
