	Very slow to pay cashback No cashback almost 5 months after holiday although tracked and payment confirmed. This company no updates since April. Will be reluctant to book with them again

	Used several times - no issues Over the years, booking has been consistently easy and cashback tracked and approved fairly quickly. Payment comes through after about 12 weeks of return.

	Declined Spent over £3000 on a holiday and come back declined? So have resubmitted. No reason to decline.

	Avoid if using top cashback because of cashback probably will not get it. EasyJet do not honour genuine transactions. I did everything right. Do not trust them. I won’t use them again

	Takes forever but I got the full payout I booked this in March 2023, holiday was September 2023. Cashback became payable in Jan 2024. A long wait but I did receive the full amount. I had expected it to decline after such a long time.

	It takes a while - but we get there. We use easyJet Holiday a number of times each year so I do my best to remember to go via Topcashback. However, the wait in between having completed the stay and for the payout to be confirmed is quite lengthy. But we get there in the end. I like Topcashback and we enjoy our easyJet Holidays - so, it's a WIN WIN situation :-)

	Not tracked - claim logged months ago - no updates Really disappointed. Booked holiday with easyJet and went through topcashback, it never tracked and no one taking responsibility months later to resolve it.

	Dave Twice they have changed airports and twice I have had to cancel why fly out from one airport and on return flight land at a different one. So inconvenient.

	Tracks quickly, pays out slowly Booked twice with easyjet this year, 1 short break and a main holiday. Both tracked quickly but I'm still waiting on the payout 5 months later. Been stuck at confirmed for a while.

	Avoid, if any cashback important to you. Still waiting in February 2023 for even a cashback update let alone payment for a holiday fully paid in January 2022 and taken in July 2022.
