Very poor, I paid for my flight over 1 year ago, submitted a claim 9 months ago. No sign of ever receiving my cashback! Not sure whose, service is worse here....Easyjet or TCB!

BEWARE THOSE THAT SUBMIT MISSING QUOTE CLAIMS AGAINT EASYJET
on the 25th Jan I booked Easyjet flights via TCB which didn't track. so I lodged a missing claims form. the form is simple enough, it asks for name, address, booking details including THE BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER. all details were submitted correctly. However my missing claim was declined by Easyjet because according to TCB I hadn't given the correct FLIGHT REFERENCE NUMBER. THERE IS NOWHERE ON THE CLAIM FORM THAT ASKED FOR YOUR FLIGHT REFERENCE NUMBER, JUST THE BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER. besides outbound and inbound flights from any country have separate and ALWAYS different flight reference numbers.
REMEBER IF YOU HAVE TO LODGE A CLAIM ADD ALL YOUR FLIGHT REFERENCES IN THE ADDITION INFORMAATION BOX, ELSE YOUR CLAIM IS LIKELY TO BE REJECTED, AND NOT SOMETHING TCB WILL TELL EACH CLAIMANT BEFOREHAND.
Very disappointed with Easyjet and even more disappointed with TCB

What a fantastic experience. Tracked and paid very quickly (around 4 weeks) and they were even offering £25 off when I booked in May, giving in effect over £40 off the price of our holiday.
I'll use Easyjet for more holidays rather than just flights as they are very competitive.
Well done Easyjet.

Two things to say here. First, be prepared to wait: cashback did not track at first. Submitted a ticket, and heard nothing from Easyjet for a good few months. Nudged, and a month later, finally received something. Second, be aware that although they don’t appear to spell it out on the website, Easyjet will not give cashback on flights only. They refused my cashback because it was not an entire holiday booking. For failing to point that out, I’m rating this promotion poorly.

Bought 2 tickets online through Topcash back. I did not received the money. When I put in the claim surprise surprise. Easyjet said they had not evidence of this. Complete con artist and dishonourable. But I guess you get cheapish ticket , you get crap service
