Tracking issues abound
Regularly use eBay but the tracking is getting worse and worse. For the last 10 purchases I’ve had to raise a dispute due to it not tracking. When it does track it’s usually a long wait for it to become confirmed never mind payable

No longer automatic?
For the last year or so it seems that I have to put in a customer service request via Topcashback to get my cashback. It always used to log automatically and get paid automatically - but more recently I am having to go in and manually log all the items that I have bought, in order to get my cashback. It's quite annoying. It's a lot of chasing and filling in forms just to get the money that should automatically track and be paid to you.

Excellent payers
eBay may only pay small percentages but their tracking and paying out is one of the most reliable out there. I use eBay a lot so tens of 1% transactions get me more cashback than the lump sum cashback, which are usually rejected (e.g. GoCompare).
