Never Tracks
Every time I make a purchase on eBay I have to raise a missing claim. I assume someone thinks you won't bother to put in a claim as the amounts they pay are so small then someone claims the money on your behalf. A lot of missing claims would add up to a tidy amount. I think this should be investigated.

Never tracks automatically, Top Cashback are poor with this one.
For a good year the cashback has never tracked automatically, ALWAYS need to put in a manual claim.
Thankfully when doing a manual claim they they pay out after 2-3 months without fail.
Just poor it does not track automtically, Top Cashback need to sort this issue out, all other retailers track fine.
