1% that never track if you make a high value purchase.
16th October I made a purchase for over £1000, unlike all small purchases that do track this did not. 20th Feb, four months on and still stuck on 'waiting for retailer'.
December and I made another £1000+ purchase, again, it doesn't track, that too is stuck on 'waiting for retailer'. Several other low value purchases have tracked in the meantime.

Problems since November 2022
ebay worked all OK till November 2022. Now have to make a missing cashback claim for every transaction.
Have asked for advice, have followed all suggestion, still not working.
Will continue to try and find the fault.

Use ebay quite a lot for buying item small & large . never had any problems with getting cash back. In fact i think they are one of the fastest at giving your cash back. NONE OF THIS PENDING RUBBISH AND WAITING MONTHS !!!!! .

Did not track! Multiple items with one vendor in a single (PayPal) transaction but TCB says I have to raise a separate claim for each and every item listing-number. Too much hassle. Should be: 1 payment transaction = 1 claim. How hard can it be?
