It's annoying. Small amounts go through fine but any larger paybacks always don't. I have to put in a claim each and every time for anything over a few pounds cashback. Very annoying.

Issues tend to arise when the value purchased requires authentication from the Bank. The cashback then does not track so you have to log a claim.
