The cashback tracks result in credits to my account so infrequently that I regularly have to submit claims. I have resorted to submitting a claim when I pay for something so that it is in the system and can be found and reimbursed asap. So frustrating and such a time sink. Please sort out the cashback credit function so it's reliable!
