EDF Reviews

While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

	Transfer to EDF went very smoothly, became a customer on 20 October 2009, still have not received the cashback tho, it is now 16 December

	I initiated the switch to EDF in August and the process completed in early Oct. It is now the middle of December and I still have not received cashback despite chasing EDF and Topcashback. I'm not impressed

	Didn't track initially but with TCB help payment now received matching the cashback offer. This did take a while to sort, but worth the wait!

	£60 tracked on 13th August - Still waiting for payment med December. Has been shown as confirmed for a good couple of months now. Im wondering how much of it is EDF and how much is topcashback.

	Transaction didn't track so had to do a manual claim, £60 now tracked but still not become payable!!

	Order did not track initially until a claim was made. Payment seems slow (now 3 months), but will pursue once 100 days has elapsed.

	Still waiting for payment, I think that we have to have 3 months of direct debits before we can get payment. was hoping the money would come through for christmas but i think it will be the new year before we receive

	Was a little bit dubious about switching utillity providers but I found the experience surprisingly straight forward and pain free!!

	Took a while to track and didn't show until a month later after I submitted a claim. Don't know when it's payable though as it shows as 30/11 but it's past that now.

	Switched to Dual Fuel in July 09. Still waiting for cash back or even a confirmation that it will be processed despite an enquiry & nudges. Not impressed - I've never had such a wait with other cashback sites
