9 months and no cashback. The cashback was a huge factor in my choice and so I'm really disappointed I've not received it (yet?) - the contract expires in 3 months, I can but hope but its outcome will effect future choices.

Avoid
I entered into a contract in December 2022 and whilst the cashback is showing it is still pending 17 months later. All conditions met. Each time I lodge a ticket asking when my earnings will become payable I am fobbed off. Please don’t advertise such deals then not honour them. I chose the contract based on the cashback offered and in actual fact would’ve been better going with another company offering zero incentives. If it was for a couple of pounds I wouldn’t be bothered but £150? Come on do the right thing and pay up.
Please note I have left one review which hasn’t been published. How many other people have been scammed this way?

for their stupid system. after selecting Tarrif it will ask you for Buy via MyAccount. which you will never able to create, you have to have edf account for that. you cant create new account cant finish the sell. lead will go to them directly!
change it edf!! do not cheat with us!

Been over a year since contract was agreed and still no cashback, all TCB do is say "some companies take a little longer". Makes your think of male cows and human waste product...................
