Don't receive cashback
I book this every month maybe a couple times a month and I never receive cashback. I have often had to raise a missing claim but still nothing.

Great Service
Very impressed with Edinburgh Airport for both using it and for the speed in which cashback was paid. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish all merchants were this good.

Same opinion as a lot of the other reviewers, the payout is incredibly slow, I only received them because I submitted a support call, recommend everyone else doing the same if the initial estimated payable time has passed. However, the cashback rate is very generous.

extremely poor, i have had claims cince november 18 and still not recived any payout, makes me wonder is it even worth using top cashback for this retailer as they do not pay out, several transactions over the past 6 months and still nothing paid, very poor

I have had cashback waiting to be paid out from this company since September 2018 - its now July 2019 and still no sign of cashback. How can they be described as "Faster Paying"??? I have contacted Customer Services but they cannot seem to help and just suggest I need to wait.
