Great service, product and communication. Spoke twice, paid an extra £20 for a Saturday delivery (which is only draw back) but overall very happy. TV was here at 9.05am

I have been trying to get a refund from Electrical Experience for over 2 weeks...... I ordered a 42 inch Plasma TV from Electrical Experience on 27th March 2011, then changed my mind and cancelled by phone the next morning on 28th March 2011. I've e-mailed them several times and have never yet received a reply (despite their website stating that they reply to all enquiries within 24 hours). When I phoned them I was advised that my order had been cancelled and my refund was being processed - this was on 29th March 2011 and to date I have still not received a refund or even confirmation that my order has been cancelled. Their website even has the cheek to state "no money taken until your item is ready for dispatch". My item was never ready for dispatch as I cancelled it and yet they have my money. I have now passed this matter into the hands of my credit card provider to attempt to recover money that was taken from my credit card by Electrical Experience for goods that I cancelled and were subsequently not supplied. Their customer services staff are rude and on the whole unhelpful. Electrical Experience......... a terrible experience BUYER BEWARE

very bad experience, bought a 42" lg tv told it would be delivered on certain day, wife took day off and waited for delivery, didn't arrive so we called retailer and said that it couldn't be delivered that day and would organised for monday. when my wife told me this i called them to say that this wasn't acceptable, only to be told that they actually din't have that TV in stock which is why it wasn't delivered and couldn't be delivered on the following monday. they NEVER once called us to tell us about this we had to find it out ourself. customer service was terrible and very unfriendly on phone. never got cashback so we got a refund. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Ordered Sunday, received a call on Monday confirming order and delivery on Wednesday. Cashback tracked fine and the TV is great! :-D

Ordered 42 inch tv with next day delivery which was an additional £15. Waited in for delivery however never arrived. Contacted retailer and was told it was still with courier therefore they would refund the next day premium which they did promptly. I was advised the tv would be with me the next day but it wasnt. So another call to the retailer to be advised that the tv was on standard delivery and would it be with me within 5 days of ordering. Not the best service I have received from a retailer. On the plus side cashback tracked within 48 hours and became payable after about 3 weeks.
