	Scammers! Use AA/RAC/Green Flag instead Do not take out policy with these guys. They will do anything to not come out even if you’re broken down. Have called them twice and both times they have made excuses not to come. Read the reviews of anybody who has had to actually call them out for a breakdown and they’re not good. Waste of money, better to stay with well-known companies at least they’re there when you need them at times or Breakdown.

	Never use Emergency Assist Ltd I put the wrong fuel in my car on Thursday at 6pm. I pulled onto the busy roundabout at High Wycombe above the M40 in the rush hour and came to a kangaroo halt. I was in the middle of the roundabout with cars hurtling up behind me for over an hour. I had my 86 year old mother with me who had just had a full knee replacement who I was bringing back from the hospital. I called emergency Assist and said I had a Premium contract and wanted to be towed home. I was told that they would only tow me 24 miles and my house was 27 miles away. I asked what alternative there was and they said I needed to give them a more local address. I asked them to recommend a local garage if there would be one open but they were not able to help me locate one - they told me to use yell.com ... from a packed roundabout above the M40 in the rush hour with my 86 year old mother. They said the alternative was that they could tow me home for a cash contract to be paid then and there - for over £440. I said that was no solution and they needed to come up with a solution. The guy on the phone said he couldnt help and that only a supervisor could and there wouldnt be one available until the next morning. They left us totally stranded. The police had to tow us off the roundabout and then the @Fuel Doctor team stepped in - and were amazing. Please, if you have your breakdown cover with Emergency Assist Ltd, change it - they will not rescue you.

	Don't bother If you're expecting you're cashback to turn this expensive provider into something more reasonably priced, don't bother. Decline cashback for no reason whatsoever, claim code was used when it is clear it wasn't You have been warned

	Home Start Help Cashback paid to my account after 10 days Car wouldn't start at home, Recovery Truck arrived after 2 hrs, Driver was very knowledgeable, Engine turning over very slow, l thought it was the Starter Motor he diagnosed a seized Alternator in about 30sec, took the car to a local garage of my choice.

	Cashback tracked within 30 mins! Well this has to be a record... Cashback tracked almost instantly! I've used Emergency Assist for years and always been happy with them. They've got me out of a mess a few times now, including two cars having to go on transporters. Who can complain at premium cover with garage parts and labour cover up to £500, for £35 a year! That's tremendous value. Well done EA. I always recommend you to family and friends who now use your cover too ??

	Breathtakingly Useless!! This company is the worst 'Breakdown' service i have ever had the misfortune to sign up to, if you want to be left at the side of the road, holding traffic up whilst listening to adverts & ring tones...then these are the kiddies. Cost me a fortune to sign up to another breakdown service on the spot & then they have the front to charge me £60 because i left & cancelled my DD. Ignored my appeal & set debt collectors on me because i refused to pay......AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

	WARNING - THIS IS NOT A BREAKDOWN COVER ! This is not breakdown cover as you would think it is or it should be. Read the terms and conditions where it clrearly state in the event of accident - they would not recover the car...I did not buy it (though almost did) as I ve red most 1 star reviews and yeah-You would be very surprised that company refuse to tow your car as your case does not qualify as breakdown. I am out.Thank You.

	It is very easy to earn cash back after applying for break down cover and paying the premium the cash back I received meant it didn’t cost that much for the break down cover I only got the the cover in case I break down hope I never have to use it don’t want to breakdown in the first place.
