	Claim didn't track. Don't believe topcashback were at fault! Booked a flight with Emirates through topcashback but didn't receive the cash back. Raised a claim through topcashback but they didn't receive any reply from Emirates. Eventually I received a small good will/fair play payout from topcashback which was good :-)

	Wrong Amount paid - months trying to sort out Purchase made in January, with £22.40 cashback due. The purchase did not track so claim made. However, only £8.30 was paid. After several months chasing for the correct amount and several requests for the same information, TopCashback agreed to pay the outstanding cahback.

	It was worth a shot..... Didn't loose anything by booking with tbc, one year on still waiting. Tbc and Emirates should cancel any arrangement they have (if they actually have an arrangement). Flights were great and alot cheaper than alternatives

	Still waiting after 9 months Used Emirates for a long haul trip last year and spent close to £4000. Cashback tacked but it is still pending. And TCB have been unable to resolve this for nearly 9 months. While the airline service is great, I will not consider booking them on the basis of cashback. Very disappointed

	Poor airlines. Service has been reduced dramatically. Food is horrible now. Cashback tracked, confirmed and 15 weeks later, still not paid.

	Booked flights directly with Emirates in May this year to fly out in July. Tracked but never paid out. I have an open case with TCB since August but there is no progress. All I get is the standard response that we have submitted to the network/retailer. Do not consider cashback when you're booking with Emirates

	5 separate flights over the course of 2 years and none tracked. Filed a missing cashback claim but waiting to hear from Emirates for over a year.

	I have tried to get cashback with 3 different bookings with emirates now and all 3 times my cashback wasn’t tracked. I brought this up with top cashback and I am still waiting for a response from Emirates and it’s nearly been a year of waiting!! Don’t rely on this cashback to come true!

	18 months after our return flight and despite numerous emails and nudges no sign of any cash back. Certainly won’t recommend Emirates or Top Cashback to anyone. Neither appear bothered trying to resolve the matter, avoid both at all costs

	Confused! I spent £3,084.40 on 4 return flights to Thailand with an advertised cashback rate of 1.25%. Only £20.20 cashback was paid on a declared spend of £1,616. So what about the other £1,468? I don't believe this is all taxes! Expected much more cashback on this purchase than received so disappointed. Having said that, the cashback was paid VERY quickly.
