SCAM - doesn't track or pay out. TopCashback should stop advertising this!
Zero stars.
Two separate transactions for hire cars on different dates in August 2024. All meticulously done through the site.
Never tracked.
Message on the TopCashback customer service board to say problems with tracking Enterprise Hire Car after July 2024 is a known issue, do not raise a claim.
If it's a known issue, you should not still be promoting this merchant as being a cashback opportunity! Or at least put this warning on the cashback offer page, not hidden away, only to be discovered when, surprise, surprise, a transaction hasn't tracked. Transparancy and honesty please guys!
I raised claims anyway to be within the 100-day cut-off. Judging by the other comments here, I have no hope of ever getting my cashback. It is unfair on everyone to keep promoting it and drawing others into the same predicament. Unhappy with both Enterprise and TopCashback on this occasion.

Never pays out
If this tracks they never pay out. They take over a year to reject so you can't even make a claim. If you make a claim of an untracked order they reject that too. Awful.

Good vehicle, poor tracking
I've had my payment pending for over a year and then two days ago I find out they have declined it. I hired from them using the proper system, clicked the proper links, no funny business, there's no reason at all they should decline my cashback.
As a hire company they are fine but the cashback tracking is abysmal.

Don't bother
I've had an outstanding cashback claim for over 2 years, which has been rejected. Hired a car for a week long holiday through TCB, the initial claim was rejected, I supplied receipts as evidence of the hire, but Enterprise after 2 years are "standing by their original decision". No reason given for rejecting the claim, but I wouldn't bother using them for the cashback!

Simply dreadful
After more than a year, yes, you read it right - more than a year, cash back still has not tracked. What a dreadful merchant and their marketing affiliate. Also, silence from TCB despite nudging pretty much every day for more than a year. Frankly, this should be zero stars.
Save your time and agony - avoid.

The cashback has still not tracked from a rental made in Mid-December. I have been waiting 5 months and they still haven't responsed. Useless, would give them 0 stars if I could.

3 year dispute over 2 purchases ended with the merchant refusing payment!
2 separate transactions purchased via TCB in 2020. After 3 years of TCB staff chasing up the missing cashback, the merchants refused to pay.

Dragged on since 2021 and then refused cashback
Very poor. Took them more than a year to respond to my missing cashback claim on an order of over £400 and then refused it. Won't pay up so I won't use anymore. Very poor experience.
