Don't bother - Envato Elements do not pay cashback!
Can't help feeling that Envato Elements never pay on cashback offers.
I have used Topcashback for years now and always make sure that the purchase/transaction only happens on a final click through from Topcashback. In this case, there is evidence of this click through from Topcashback to the merchant, and the transaction receipt is minutes later, which I also have a copy of.
Therefore, I do not accept their reasoning that the "network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction" would suggest a technical problem with Envato Elements servers, Topcashback's systems, or (as I suspect), they do not intend to honour the cashback.
I would not have taken this subscription if it were not for a £105 cashback offer, as the subscription has not been used since the purchase date of 12/06/24. I have asked Topcashback to consider their association with this company - the reviews all say exactly the same issue with Envato Elements. Researching the web suggests that this company rarely pays any cashback offers. Worse still, it appears that those who complain to Envato Elements, are threatened with cancellation, or have their account cancelled, without refund.

No Cashback Given - Disappointed with Envato
I am very disappointed with my experience with Envato through Topcashback. Despite following all the necessary steps and making a significant purchase, I did not receive any cashback.
I ensured that my ad blocker was disabled, cookies were enabled, and I followed the correct link from Topcashback to Envato’s site. However, my purchase was not tracked properly. I raised a claim, but after weeks of waiting and providing all the required documentation, my claim was eventually rejected with no clear explanation.
As a loyal Topcashback user, this is quite frustrating. I’ve had successful cashback experiences with other merchants, but Envato has been a letdown. The lack of customer support and transparency in resolving the issue has been quite disappointing.
I hope Topcashback and Envato can improve their tracking and support systems to avoid such issues in the future. Until then, I would be cautious about expecting cashback from Envato.

Don't bother
As the previous review said, don't bother purchasing the annual subscription as they do not honour the cashback. I waited 3 months for them to get back to me as it did not initially track (even though I triple checked that TCB was active on the page) but apparently it didn't track in their network.

DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT.
I have been waiting since January (now June) for my cashback. Apart from it taking 6 months to get any sort of reply from Envato, even though it was recorded and I genuinely did purchase from them by logging into TCB and clicking through - they did not honour the deal.
The sole reason for purchasing the subscriptionwas the cashback offer, this is what made it affordable to me. Now I have lost £105.
(In this period Envato have been bought out by Shutterstock - so no intention of honouring deals while their buy out was going through and no intention of honouring any inherited deals by the new owner.)
