	Can't fault the ease of recycling through them but there prices are low in comparison to others, I purposely recycled my phone with them going straight through topcash back not even looking at another site so that I would get cash back only to have my claim denied! Saying I had looked else where and that was that. I wouldn't reccomend at all very disappointed

	Declined cash back for no reason - they sent me money for the recycled phone and it had tracked correctly. I wouldn't recommend.

	Made out my phone had a damaged lens and offered me half of their original quote. I then sent the same phone to Asda recycling, who paid the full amount quoted.

	Originally chose them as they offered higher price than others for my working blackberry. The cash back is very low but still better than nothing, especially if the price offered for the phone is not high. They got back to me 24 hours after receiving my phone which is working and in good condition and was still using it till the day I sent it to them, saying that because the battery cover is slightly loose, and because they discovered "water damage" which amazed me considering the fact that my phone has never even had a drop of liquid anywhere near it, the price they originally offered, which was £73, dropped to £10. When I argued the water damage, they replied about some electronic piece deep inside the device which changes colour if there is any liquid damage, and while the phone is still working and in good condition, it could stop at any time. I thought that was the case with every phone in the world!!! Don't they all stop working at some point? Anyway I wasn't happy with their offer, as others offered for recycling a non-working damaged phone of the same model more than their £10. So they were very efficient and professional and did send the phone back for free as requested. It just took 10 working days to arrive. I would never use them again, and strongly advise anyone thinking about using them to think twice and consider other options.

	They waited until the offer had expired to confirm that they recieved my phone so the offer went down.. then when they 'assessed' the phone the price went down from over £70 to £20 due to the back cover being slightly lose... Will not be using again

	they send flimsy cheap padded envelopes for your phone. They are all received damaged and they then off you daft money tin the hope that you'll take it. Sent mine back. I would put them down as an avoid!

	having big problems with this company saying they didnt recieve the phone etc when tracking no. says it was delivered etc watch them closely
