I found these guys to be very unprofessional.
The online billing system was down last month, so I phoned up and they said they'd issue a paper invoice.
Instead of a paper invoice I've just receieved a threat of legal action due to non-payment! Absolutely gobsmacked!
I've already put in motion to switch suppliers out of e-on.

Very good switch, kept fully informed by letter at each stage. Slight hiccup on direct debit full agreed amount not deducted on first payment due to differing start dates of gas and electricity accounts. Corrected by one off card payment. All in all very satisfied.
