First untraced, then “Not commissionable”
Bought nearly £100 in one order. As a new customer there should be a 4% cash back - first it didn't show up and after I contacted TopCashback to claim it, Estee Lauder refused to pay for no given reason, simply “not commissionable”. The term is so vague and broad, in other words “I’m not going to pay”.

Utter c*ap. 10 months later I am still waiting for my cash back. I dont understand why they do this, it damages the brand so much! I can guarantee I wont buy anything ever again at Estee Lauder, there are a million other brands, it's not that they have a monopoly on skincare...

Hello, I have ordered a few times now , from Estée Lauder, only had cash back from the first order , very disappointing, has happened on another cash back with the theatre , won’t be doing cash back for awhile.
