Cashback denied
My cashback tracked and was awarded and then denied by Estrid. I am a new customer and thought I'd receive the £3.82 cashback with purchase. Product is fine (isn't blowing any minds as a razor and travel case) but the false advertising of cashback with new customers is disappointing.

Cashback unfairly denied.
My cashback tracked but was denied by Estrid. I was a new customer and thought I’d take advantage of the cashback offer available for new customers but never received the £4.50 so for that I rate them 1 star as it’s false advertising.

Good product, shocking customer service
Product fine but company pays out at a lot less cashback than advertised, when queried they reject the claim even though full criteria met. Wouldn't buy from this company again on that basis. Dishonest
