	Cashback initially did not track so submitted a manual claim. TCB did a great job in contacting esure and suddenly £45 showed in my account. However, when I go to payout, there is apparently a 'discrepancy' and it cannot be paid! I have gone back to TCB but esure have proven to be a bit of a headache when it comes to the cashback. Last year I had no problems getting the pay out with Diamond (a subsidiary of esure). Anyway, hope others have more luck!

	Been waiting for this to be tracked since mid Sept, put in a claim but was told had to wait till mid Dec, so we shall see. By the way paid for the years worth of insurance in one go, so don't know if this made any difference.

	Not Happy. Bought Policy in September. Tracked Successfully. Now the promised £45.45 has changed to £0.00. Submitted claim but this will not be pursued until after 90 days, si I have spoken to Esure Customer Services who say that they do not give this cashback and it is the responsibility of TopCashBack to pay.

	Bought house and buildings insurance in Apr 2011 but still chasing cashback, nothing so far. If you're buying from Esure think again - the cashback makes the product more competitive, but it's a false economy. Disappointing. Hasn't tracked yet.Lengthy process to chase it up.

	ordered 2 policies with them, one tracked imediatly, the other had to make a claim, first one came payable around 3 months, then a week later the second one showed up in my account, very happy :) thought maybe they only do one claim, was impressed when the other shown up, especialy considering the price was lower than most and includes better cover than most too!

	I have placed several orders with esure and also recommended friends and their rate of successful tracking is pretty dire. You have to wait 3 months before you can claim and then submit a claim within that month so I have a suspicion esure are hoping most will forget by 3 months time. I have submitted a missing claim and had that paid so it does work, but expect to have submit a claim

	Very good price for home and contents insurance for my elderly mother's property and a good amount of cashback as well. It tracked quickly, and it was made payable at the end of July after being taken out at the end of May. No vote given for customer service because I haven't had to use it and hope I never have to. Overall I would recommend Esure.
