Tracked cashback incorrectly, then eventually approved the top up but declined the initial claim. Takes many months to get responses and the claim for the declined part of the claim is still ongoing. Just awful!

Euroffice are a supplier we use on at least a monthly babis, they are fast with deliveries and normally have most things in stock and if you do have top wait its not normally more than a day or two at most. They have plenty of offers for freebies, but be careful to make sure you read all the small print as I recently ordered over 250.00 worth of goods for our office which entitled me to M&S vouchers which never arrived so when I questionned them they said some of the items were excluded form the vouchers so got nothing, just read the small print as I couldn't see it and you can't argue later as you can't see what was on offer at the time of placing your order.
