My advice: Do NOT use this company! I placed an order for a graphics card on 1st Dec. On the final page of the order process I clicked on 'Place Order' and receive a nasty error message "Transaction refused because of an invalid argument". i checked my payPal account and the money had been debited. Had my order actually succeeded? Will my stuff arrive? I headed to the 'Contact Us' section of the Web site where it encourages you to send a message. I typed a message in and hit send. I saw an error code briefly displayed in my browser before it redirected me back to the home page. Great, here we go. I tried to log on to the 'My Account' section of the Website and it did not recognise my email address (it creates your account when you place your first order, if it is successful). Later that evening I actually received a confirmation email for my order. EuroPC offers 2 delivery options: an extortionate £11.99 plus VAT for '1-2 business days' (not even next day) or £1.99 for 'up to 22 days' (!). in other words, pay through the nose or don't expect your stuff for a month. I paid the higher fee. I called EuroPC on every contact number I could find and selected various departments hoping for confirmation that my order had been placed successfully. I noticed a trend: after speaking to 5 people or so, not one of them answered the phone with "Hi, my name is ...." it was just "hello". When I enquired about my order, I was suddenly transferred (no warning), often to voicemail that announced "this is an unmonitored mailbox, do not leave a message". That's one way to get rid of a caller I suppose. After no disptach notification on 2nd Dec I called today (5th Dec) and managed to get the person to reveal their name and they advised they would call me back 'at some point' regarding my order. I then called back and cancelled the order. I have no idea whether I will see my money again. This company is in the dark ages when it comes to customer service. I will never be using them ag

Good cashback level and good service. First laptop arrived and was unsuitable. A replacement was sent out next working day and was suitable. Would use again.

Waiting 2 weeks for order. Phoned up 2 weeks after placing order to query lateness. They said they'd call back later that afternoon. Nothing heard. I phoned them again 2 days later and was told they'd sent me an email after my first call saying there'd been a delay and wouldn't be dispached for another 2 weeks. Checked my inbox and spambox. No email at all from them. Cancelled order.
