Not paying cashback
I would give 0 stars if possible. Merchant refused to pay cashback despite me clicking through and purchasing a £180 flight. Waited and completed flight, they still refused as not obvious that Topcashback was used, even though click registered and flight paid at exactly the same time. They just click baiting customers, will not use them again and warn everyone agains, would recommend everyone to check reviews before using this merchant.

Genuine Purchase not paid by airline but paid by top cashback
Made a genuine clean purchase via top cashback, all tracked correctly but was simply declined for no reason. top cashback customer service superb and paid the cash, not sure if they could see purchase was genuine, but top marks to them for sorting
