	They dont pay They decline any cashback took 2 times for it to work , and they also not a great insurance company denied a claim over nothing.

	False information The £50 cashback has been declined for no reason! They gained our customers based on false information being provided. I've just checked and they are still advertising up to £200 cashback! Surely this is wrong/criminal!

	Scam Have had cashback declined for no reason whatsoever. Still have the valid insurance with them and have had no response as to why it was declined. Avoid

	Your cashback will be declined so don’t bother! Took out pet insurance on 1st July for my dog with the £45 cashback which Topcashback gave an idea of 8 weeks for payout. I have chased several times as the time had elapsed and Topcashback were looking into this, then my cashback was declined and no reason given despite me still having the insurance and meeting all the criteria. Still waiting on Topcashback to advise why this has happened but it seems they’re getting no response from Everypaw.

	My mum took insurance out for all our pets as we couldn't afford a big bill if one was ill or hurt, this insurance company refused to pay I've had my mum in tears worrying how she will pay the bill horrible company took our money and didn't help when they were supposed to.
