	Useless: they always find a reason to not pay cashback There's always some 'issue' that leads them to not pay cashback, despite the whole transaction being completed as asked. A con.

	Very dissatisfied So far I have made three purchases from this company and all three times my cashback was declined. I've managed to get one reinstated but not the other two, and it's too late now.

	Disgruntled Have used them for years and now even slower at paying out, mostly declined and it is for a very small amount, so probabaly not going bother trying in future.

	Met criteria but cashback declined Shopped as normal through topcashback and the cashback tracked for a start then after a few days it was declined. Opened a case review and was told the criteria had not been met. It was a first-time purchase and minimum spend both of which i fulfilled still no cashback. Stuff arrived and it was rubbish quality. Never sent back as that would cost me more than the actual stuff. Pure waste of time and money

	Discovered this site by accident. Wide variety of clothing - not all £5, some £1 or so more BUT some quite a bit less - bought trousers for £2.10 and shoes for £2.60. Sizing but erratic and some sizes not available. To be expected, I suppose. At these prices not worth returning - offer to a friend or sell on? Worth a look. Arrived promptly and tracked OK. Waiting to see how long before confirmed and payable but at those prices..... Will definitely use again
