	Never ever tracks Never tracks. I have used different browsers and devices (Edge, Firefox, Chrome on PC, and Android App on my phone). Currently have a good 7 or 8 claims lodged and awaiting response from Evri. I'm posting more stuff today, but going to use a different courier.

	Constantly decline cashback My cashback is constantly declined as Evri tell TopCashback that they weren’t the ‘last channel’ to get to their site which is odd as I only ever log in through it. No reflection on the TC team though.

	Eventually you will get your cashback! You have to Lodge missing cashback claim every time and it takes 3 months to get the cashback and it will be honoured.

	Could be better ! Sometimes it tracks, but most of the time it doesn't, so it becomes a pain having to constantly submit a claim, and then the dreaded three month wait to actually get anywhere !

	Quicker Payouts Since Evri became the new name for Hermes, the cashback payouts are now alot quicker. When they were Hermes they sometimes paid out but usually didn't.

	speedy delivery, speedy cashback Really quick provision of my topcashback. I think I actually received the cash before the item was delivered so was have been payable within a couple of days of purchasing the postage. Excellent service!

	Utterly disgraceful Three outstanding parcels. One ‘out for delivery’ for 16 days. Two ‘out for delivery for 10 days. Repeated requests for updates ignored. Totally unacceptable. These were birthday presents sent on two day delivery. Still no update or sign of the parcels.

	Could be better ! EVRI does not seem to track properly, I ALWAYS have to submit manually via the cashback site, even then the payable amounts are inconsistent, regardless of the amount spent, ..... it's not rocket science, you could and should be able to get it right !
