7 months after purchase, cashback confirmed but not payable. TCB unable to say when they will pay.
The product itself was delivered on time and of good standard. If you are considering TCB cashback from this merchant think very hard or look elsewhere

Cashback tracked and confirmed promptly but looks like these guys are not to keen on coughing up the cashback - four months on and the cashback has not gone to "payable". No problem with the product and the service from Expansys - it was delivered promptly and the price was the best I could find. But, if you're relying on actually getting the cashback you may need to think again.

Well, another 3 weeks since my last post, and the cashback from a purchase made nearly 6 months ago still hasn't appeared!
As said by someone else, it is beginning to look better value by buying online without TopCashBack. You just can't be sure anymore if you'll get the cash! :-(

3 Purchases, 2 had to be claimed due to not tracking.. 1 tracked but late payment.. 2 that didn't track have yet to be paid.. 1 that did is late. Expect to wait.. starting to think that the cb will never be paid. Unlikely to bother with expansys again if items can be gotten elsewhere cheaper w/o cashback. take the money and run expansys?

Yet another merchant who thinks it's ok to pay less cashback than they advertise. And then not respond to a claim for over 2 weeks. Got £4.23 instead of £7.00 expected and yes I did calculate it on the pre-VAT value of the goods only. Sad because it engenders a serious lack of trust in the whole system.

This merchant is appalling. I bought a Panasonic camera though them at a good price as they stated that the item was in stock and should be delivered in 2-3 days. A week later the item had not been dispatched so I chased them up by email. After 10 days from the date of purchase they phoned to cancel the order from their side. Basically I don't think they wanted to sell at the price they had on their website. Sharp practice and not trustworthy in my opinion so beware!

Two purchases neither tracked, had to contact TCB to get them to action it. both overdue for payment. from what i see here i'll be lucky to see the CB anytime soon. disappointing as expansys are otherwise pretty good! oh well!

The item was marked as not ins stock expected in 1 week. It in fact took nearly 2 months to be delivered. Did not track initially and was slow to pay. However it did all work in the end and not a bad price for the item and cashback is always a bonus.

Second purchase, second manual claim for a cashback that has yet to track.. Figures, If you want to and can be bothered hassling TCB to get expansys to pull their fingers out then GO FOR IT. Can't fault the products and service from expansys - although the lack of tracked orders leaves a bit of a sour taste in ones mouth... Oh hum.

AVOID DEALING WITH THIS STORE - DON NOT TRUST THEIR IN STOCK CLAIMS. I ordered an item listed as having 28 units in stock and available for next day delivery. 14 days later (website still showing 28 units in stock) I called to enquire as to whay it had not yet been delivered. They said they were not in stock in the UK the website apparently shows their global stock levels!! I was told that I would have to wait another ten days for stock to arrive in the UK before they could dispatch to me. I cancelled my order and will never use them again!

Slow to track resulting in a query having to be raised, but got there in the end.
Expansys are a great retailer with the latest in cutting edge technology available at decent prices. The cashback is enough to put their prices on a par with cheaper, possibly less reliable sources so they are the more obvious choice as a supplier.

Not a great experience. Item was ordered, showed as available, paid over £7 for next day delivery. 3 days later no item, no information sent about a delay.. Checked website- out of stock waiting for supplier. Emailed 2 different email addresses twice each to request canx and refund. Nothing. Had to call and spend 20 mins on phone getting through to get a refund actioned. No apologies, nothing. Unlikely to use again or to recommend.

Ordered an HTC Desire from Expansys. Came within a couple of days (standard delivery), very pleased with the company, the delivery and the phone. However the cashback is still outstanding 6 weeks later. Topcashback had the cookie logs of my visit. So dissapointed thus far. I have logged a claim with TC and am waiting.
