Incorrect Tracking with Expedia
I've not had any issues previously with Expedia cashback tracking, but a recent purchase failed to go through. When I followed up with customer service it was described as coming from "another referrer", but I had went via TCB as normal. Not sure what happened, but I won't be booking via Expedia for a while on that basis. Just be aware that tracking for them may not be as good as other retailers (I've had no issues with any other third party booking websites), or they are alternatively looking to avoid paying cashback that is due.

Poor service yet again!!!
This is now the second time I have booked a hotel and it hasn't tracked with expedia and I've had to submit a manual entry!!! I spent £129 on a hotel and yet again Expedia and topcashback say it can't be tracked when I've literally got the booking confirmation minutes after going through topcashback and booking!!! I now miss out on 8% cashback because of a lack of procedure and thorough checks. Poor service all round unfortunately and definitely would not recommend at all. Looking at the reviews it seems I am not the only one and MANY others are in EXACTLY the same position.. how strange NOT!! Clearly shows that they are not reliable and I definitely will not be using going forward. Really rubbish!

Often purchases don't track
It happened twice so far that my hotel booking wouldn't track, and I've missed out on 150 £ total cashback. In both cases I literally just opened top cashback, followed the Expedia link, and booked. Customer service is basically non existent, you just open a ticket, wait 3 moths, and then you're told Top cashback couldn't be tracked as last referrer and there's nothing they can do.

Good experience
Expedia offer good services/website, competitive cashback and I never had any issues tracking - I have used them multiple times. A time or two maybe it was a bit delayed, but always paid back in the end.

They always reject your cashback
I booked a 2 week holiday to Thailand via Expedia using TopCashback including flights and accommodation. At the time of booking there was an exclusive offer with Expedia giving an enhanced cashback % - hence me using them to book my whole trip. Despite my Expedia account showing all bookings were made in my itinerary, and TopCashback showing the transaction was logged (without the use of any voucher codes) Expedia have rejected EVERY cashback claim made for this trip. Extremely disappointing as the cashback due from this was significant and I booked via Expedia rather than other merchants due to this cashback offer. I would avoid using Expedia and use other travel agents if you are hoping to receive any a cashback for any holiday bookings.

AVOID EXPEDIA. TOTAL FRAUD
Expedia did not pay £90 cash back. 1st it didn't even track cash back. After complaint Expedia say I did book hotel but my purchase was already in the basket so they wouldn't pay out. LIARS. I thought 10% cash back was good deal on £1000 booking. If its too good to be true then you should walk away. I could have booked £50 cheaper on booking.com but £100 cash back pulled me in so I actually lost £50 in the end by using TOPCASHBACK and EXPEDIA.

Used to work, not anymore
I received cashback for purchases made in mid-2023, but the last 4 purchases made through them have not been paid due to Expedia saying they have no record of coming from Top Cashback. Will be using a different company moving forward.

Any excuse to get out-of payout
Booked nearly £800 worth of hotels using topcashback and every single one has not been tracked ot paid. When queried apparently it did not register me as coming through the cashback website despite clicking and being guided to the app.

Conveniently decided not to payout cashback on a pricey trip because according to them topcashback was not the last referrer even though it was - why would anyone click through topcashback and then not complete the purchase via them?!

Too long to confirm and then declined transaction
Booked hotel in May 2023 for holiday at end of August 2023. Payment made in full and what I thought had tracked through TopCashback turned out to be false after 5 months. Big problem here now whereby all 3rd party travel companies will not review claim until journey/ flight completd ireespective of payment position.. When submitted by TC cashback declined by Expedia due to non- tracked audit trail. Eventually TC paid 1/2 of monies owed from their own resources as rather a large amount to lose. No recourse to Expedia and TC hands effectively tied and have to accept position without recourse as well Have used Expedia regularly and 1st negative response received. Leaves a sour taste.

Great Experiance
I bought a city break package through the Cashback website from Expedia, Cashback was promised when bought a package, As soon I took my holiday Expedia confirmed the Cashback, upon completing my city break Expedia confirmed the cashback and 2 weeks later it was payable mode on the cashback website, really great experience, definitely buy again as cashback was really quick not like some others holiday sites where you have to wait for months and keep raising the issue with cashback website. Excellent Expedia.
