	Forces use of App The only snag with this is it almost forces you to use your app when using your phone. This has a glitch where you cant enter you name and phone number to confirm a booking. All good other than that

	Reliable tracking but extremely slow payout Tracks reliably - I've never had to put in a claim - but the 12 week estimate is way off. I've had to wait 6 months plus for most of my hotel payouts. (It used to be faster but I've really noticed since bookings from last year.) The fastest was about 20 weeks. They do sometimes have boosted 10% back on hotels which is good, but the wait seems unreasonably long. It's made me actively look at booking direct with hotels (IHG sometimes has 8% cashback offers, for example) so that I'm not waiting as long. If you're prepared to wait half a year for cashback then they are still a good bet.

	Too Slow Booked and paid for a trip in July 2022 for a holiday in December 2022 - its now May and still not payable - estimated cashback has said 12 weeks since December - raised with topcashback and it suddenly changed to confirmed but still no sign of ever being payable. Won't be using Expedia for cashback again.

	Painfully slow Completed our trip in November 2022, 25 weeks later and the transaction still shows as "pending". Asked TopCashback customer support to look at it, but they just say it is with the agent(?).

	Cashback approval is too slow All the purchases are noted to be tracked unlike other merchants, however, the time frame process of cashback getting approved is very very slow

	Nice little earner I just love using TopCashback alongside Expedia! You can earn those extra penny’s and save them up to treat yourself while relaxing on your Expedia hotel break! The best thing is earning an extra % if you use your Cashback to buy vouchers to spend in your favourite shop.

	Never tracked correctly I have not faced issues tracking with other merchants on TCB using the same laptop and browser. However, twice it happened that Expedia didnt track correctly. My claim is now over 7 months old, and still unresolved after providing extensive evidence and info. Also, last year Expedia booked a multi-flight itinerary where one of the flights didnt exist with the airline. After few days when I went to the airline website I faced issues with the PNR. Upon checking with the airline (Virgin Atlantic) they advised to reach out to Expedia to fix the issue. Expedia asked me to cancel and try another booking. This meant I had to pay higher fares! Also, had I not contacted virgin atlantic, I would have had issues with my travel itself. Expedia never informed about the failure to generate the e-tickets

	Expedia cashback is almost always late Cashback is almost always late, takes a minimum of 6 months after travel to become payable, despite the website saying 13 weeks.

	Very Good but slow Part of my work is to travel around the world. I always use Top Cashback when buying flights or accommodation through Expedia. They always give you the correct cashback and never had any issues. My only constructive criticism is sometimes the forecast payable date is sometimes late. I'm unsure of the process so unsure if it's Expedia or Top Cashback that delay the process. Been using it for 2 years now very happy.

	Tracks ok but no payout after over 5 months Booked several hotels via Expedia, tracked, confirmed, pending all ok but no cash forthcoming, from bookings as long ago as end of Sept 2022. I'm owed over a grand. 8-10% cashback is only a good deal if the £ ever gets paid. Disappointing.

	ridiculous waiting times Booked and paid for a holiday in July 22, went on said holiday Oct 22 - it was Dec 22 before Expedia confirmed the cashback. It's now the end of Feb 23, and it's still not showing as payable!! I know it's not TCB's fault - they are at the mercy of the merchant for payments to be confirmed and paid, but it's been 6 months since I paid for the holiday! Expedia clearly doesn't like to honour their cashback offers!!

	Worst cashback experience ever. Never tracked or claim honoured. First booking had to be cancelled due to airline ticketing issues, which Expedia did not highlight to me and kept on advising that the ticket hand been booked. Had to book a second time. However, neither the first or the second booking tracked. Even though cashback with other merchants has tracked before and after this booking. Expedia rejected missing cashback claim as well.

	Declined cashback 4 months after we returned from Orlando, we booked in October for travel in July and they Declined payment in December 13/14 months after booking, we had a dirty apartment through them via air bnb there sister company.
