Bought non refundable return tickets to Australia twelve months ago. Had to wait six weeks after the trip was completed for cashback to be credited to my account. Why have to wait so long?

Earned cashback in Oct'15 and still not payable. They keep changing estimated payable date - first it was 7 weeks, then 11 weeks and now 17 weeks (which was 2weeks ago!) Granted, I have not used the hotel yet, but this was a non refundable booking so it shouldn't matter. Unable to raise a support ticket either.....

I always seem to have to use a support ticket for Expedia as the tracking takes forever although to be fair I have always received cashback from them so maybe I've just been unlucky in the tracking process it wouldn't put me off using them again to be honest

Very disappointed. 2 claims and neither were upheld. Only company so far that I have had this experience with. I paid a significant amount to them, customer service and wellbeing us quite obviously nit a priority. Their profits first! So disappointed as previously have used them alit. This Topcash experience has hugely tainted my view :(

Only put 5 stars so you would see it. i would give it 0 stars. I booked through the TCB web browser. went on the holiday and came back to find the cash back was declined. lodged a ticket and it was still declined, the reason i got was that the T&Cs weren't met. i asked what the reason was and they couldn't answer my question. i have done everything in my power to receive my £78 cash back. would not recommend to anyone
