The only one I have had a real problem with I bought a very expensive flight to Australia last year and it was not tracked for ages. Top cash back were of course very good and chased it up although we were waiting to hear back from expedia for a really long time. Only now 7-8 months on has it been tracked and now is in pending status. Hopefully I will see the cash.

After 6 months of making our hotel bookings we have finally got our missing claim through - many thanks to the top cash back team. It amounted to £81 so it was worth pursuing.

Always tracks , always pays up in a reasonable amount of time. Good saving against prices and you still get Nectar points as well if you complete the details box - two wins for each booking!!!

Use this site regularly. When completed transactions online, they have been swift to track. Annoyingly, one airline could deal with an apostrophe in my name and I had to call to complete transaction and lost a lot of cashback.

Despite high tracking rate shown, my experience is that it is hit and miss. I've made ~10 purchases through Expedia in the past year and only about 50% is tracked. Needed to submit the rest as missing claims.

Tracked within 2-3 days, but still waiting for confirmation. Expedia consistently has lower prices than Opodo, and seldom charges ticket issue fees. I would recommend it.
