Said I'd get 3% but got under 0.4%! Just £5 on £1300 spend.
Topcashback says 3% for new customers but I got £5 on £1300 paid up in full

Opaque and inconsistent discount / cashback policies?
Explore! declined to add a full Gold existing customer discount to a Black Friday discount, and determined a discount short of the combined % that appeared to be offered. Cashback failed to track, but a 3% existing customer claim was accepted and paid immediately - before full payment for the trip had been made. (I also referred specifically to the fact that no promotional / voucher CODE had been used in the purchase.)

Do not use if an existing customer of Explore.
Explore! offer a loyalty discount when booking holidays if you have travelled with them previously. And as a result they will never payout cashback to existing customers as you are naturally going to use their loyalty discount. So offering cashback to existing customers is a mispresentation as they will never payout any cashback.
