While, at the time of writing, there had been no Fanpass reviews submitted by TopCashback members, it was easy to find positive feedback for the ticket marketplace. If you take a look on Trustpilot, you’ll find plenty of complimentary comments, with the majority of those to have left some rating them as excellent. One delighted customer wrote: “Easy to use website and quick process. Spoke to customer services, who responded promptly. Details for collection worked really well and we were able to enjoy our experience as a result.” Other Fanpass review feedback you’ll find includes “amazing service — so easy, would highly recommend”, “worked very well, great communication and collected tickets exactly as organised” and “answered all my questions. All went well even though I ordered the tickets at the last minute”. Someone else stated: “Great experience with Fanpass. Great seats and delivered as promised. Will definitely purchase again.”
