AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!
without a doubt the worst company I have EVER experienced. I ordered a coat with this company not long after Christmas, I had a confirmation email for my purchase, but no information regarding it's dispatch, despite the status of the order being "released for delivery" from the moment I bought it. I had to keep checking my account to see if the item had been dispatched, only to find that my order had been cancelled, and I had no email informing me that this had happened, or no reason why. I emailed the company about 3 or 4 times and I had no reply. The only way I got through to them was on FACEBOOK CHAT, where they told me that there was an issue on their behalf regarding their computers where my order hadn't gone through, yet the money had been taken out of my account - however, they did issue a refund and the money was put back in my account.
However, I desperately wanted this coat; and a few weeks later, I went on to the website and I seen that they had a flash sale of 25% off and the coat was in stock, which meant that I purchased this coat for £45 instead of £60, and I also bought a pair of plain black leggings, with free next day delivery. Again, I had no dispatch email and had to keep checking the website to see the status of my order, and this time it said that been dispatched.. The day it was supposed to be delivered. But I was happy that I finally got my coat.
This morning however, the delivery arrived with no coat in sight, and once again - NO email explaining why the coat wasn't included in my delivery, and just the pair of leggings. AND to top it all off, these leggings aren't from "Fashion Union" at all, they are from the clothing shop "Internacionale" and Fashion Union has stuck a sticker over the logo, replacing it with their own!! Appalling!!
I 100% recommend that everyone AVOIDS this company as the service is poor, the quality of clothing is poor, and their community service is absolutely appalling!
