Gift cards can be topped up at any FatFace store up to a maximum of £1,000, but they can't be exchanged for cash, while they're valid for 24 months from the date of the last transaction or balance enquiry. To redeem a gift card at fatface.com, the recipient will just need to select the 'pay with gift card' option when checking out and enter the 16-digit number on the back of the card, along with the four-digit pin which will be revealed when they scratch off the silver panel to the right of the barcode.

We found all sorts of discounts in the 2023 FatFace Black Friday event, with significant savings on clothing and footwear for men, women, and children. Some of the deals in women's clothing included the Louisa Puffer Coat, originally priced at £99 and reduced to just £60, and the Joyce Ikat Texture Maxi Dress saw its price drop from £69 to an affordable £42. FatFace Black Friday men’s clothing deals included the Borg Half Neck Sweat, initially priced at £69, discounted to £45, and the Dartmouth Gilet which was reduced from £65 to just £40./p>

Parents found great deals for their little ones, with discounts on kids' clothing including the Shark Print Romper, originally £15, reduced to just £9, and the Safari Print Dungaree Set, reduced from £30 to £18. Whether you use our FatFace voucher code deals to buy from their men's or women's collection, you can choose from a number of delivery options.

They offer free standard delivery on orders over £60, with which your item will arrive within 3-5 working days. Order by 5pm Monday-Friday or 2pm on a Saturday or Sunday, meanwhile, and you can opt for next day delivery (excluding Bank Holidays and during sale periods). Choose this service and your items will be sent by DPD, while you'll be able to track your order any time.

Alternatively, you can opt to have your order delivered to one of their stores for free within 2-4 working days. You'll receive an email confirming when your order is ready to collect, which you'll need to take with you when you pick it up. Parcels will be held for 14 days before they're sent back to the warehouse.

You can return an unwanted item for free from anywhere in the UK — except during sale periods — within 30 days of receipt if it was a full price item and 15 days if it was a sale item, as long as it's unused, in its original condition and sent back with a completed returns form.

You can take items back to any of their 200+ stores across the UK and Ireland, making sure you have your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase. Items can also be returned to any Post Office if you include the returns form in the parcel and attach the Royal Mail freepost label, though it's advised to ask for proof of postage. There are other alternatives. You can return items via any Collect+ store or an ASDA store through their toyou service. With these two options, you must enclose your returns form and write your FatFace order number on the label.
